At NGA, when we won Shell and Novartis, we had in the roadmap the launch of Payroll solutions and HRIS integration in different countries.
At that time, as SAP Consultant, I was the Single Point of Contact on the SAP PY module for clients like:
- Solvay
- Pfizer
- Baxter
but also the ABAP expert for clients like State Street Bank and Baker Hughes.
I was supporting the Italian Payroll platforms.
Each country has its own payroll laws. This includes data laws and differences in employee benefit rules for instance, which can often change. This, therefore requires global payroll managers to be experts in local rules.
Alongside the Italian payroll manager, I’ve been designing the Italian Payroll Schema and all the functionalities around it for Novartis Italy from a pure SAP perspective built on top of the NGA euHReka product, the world’s first multi-country Cloud payroll platform based on SAP Software.
Alongside a Turkish payroll expert, I have been implemented part of the Turkish Payroll Schema and the reporting routines designed on ABAP for Shell Turkey.
